Pick Your Offer
Ninety minutes, and you leave knowing exactly what you sell.
“I don’t know what I’d even sell.”
This is the sentence I hear more than any other, and women say it like it’s a personality flaw. Like everyone else got handed a business idea one day and they missed the day.
That’s not what’s happening.
What’s happening is that you’re waiting for the idea to arrive fully formed, feeling obvious and safe. And it doesn’t work that way. You don’t find your offer by thinking harder. You find it by putting what you already know through a process that pulls the offer out of it.
That process takes about an hour. It’s the ninety minutes above.
Four steps, and you write after every one
The list
Everything people already come to you for. Your offer is not an idea you have, it’s a pattern in what people already ask you about.
The person
One human, not a demographic. “Women who want more freedom” is a mood, and moods do not buy things.
The sentence
Your offer in one line. I help this person get this outcome, in this format or this long.
The number
What you charge, and where it came from, so it isn’t a guess you flinch at.
You come out of it with a sentence that says what you sell, who it’s for, and what it costs. Not clarity. An actual sentence, written down.
What you need before you press play
Three things, and none of them need to be polished.
- ✓ Something to write onPaper works better than a screen for this. I’d rather you were scribbling than typing neatly. The worksheet is up at the top if you want the boxes ready-made.
- ✓ A list of things people ask you for help withWork, friends, family, anything. Five is plenty. This is the raw material.
- ✓ The half-idea you’ve been carrying aroundHowever messy, however many times you’ve abandoned it. Messy is exactly what we work with.
Is this you?
Watch it if
- You want to start an online business and can’t name the thing you’d sell
- You’ve got skills and time but no plan holding them together
- You’ve started four things and finished none of them
- You’re tired of “find your passion” advice that never gets specific
Probably skip it if
- You already have an offer that’s selling well
- You’re looking for a done-for-you service rather than learning to build it
- You want a passive-income shortcut: this is real work, just in the right order
Who’s running this
Hi, I’m Victoria
I help women build online businesses that don’t require them to burn out proving it. No hustle culture, no 5am club, no pretending it’s easy.
I built my own the hard way: a website before I knew what I was selling, content nobody read because it pointed nowhere, an email list I had nothing to send to. It took me about five years to assemble what I now teach in a fraction of that.
Not because I’m slow. Because nobody showed me the order things go in.
That’s what this workshop is: the first step, in the right order, done with you rather than at you.
That was an in-depth peek at week one
The offer is one part of it. Week one also gets you your domain name, your hosting and your email provider — from the services that are actually well priced and actually reliable, which is not the same list as the ones with the biggest advertising budgets.
I’ll show you what I use, what I’d avoid, and roughly what you should expect to pay. Then we set them up together on the call, rather than you guessing alone at eleven at night with fourteen tabs open.
- Week one — your offer and your foundations Your offer and who it’s for, finished and priced. Then your domain, your hosting, your email provider and your product, set up properly. These are the things everything else sits on, and choosing badly here is what costs people money and months later on.
- Week two — your websiteOne page that actually sells the thing, not a pretty brochure.
- Week three — your content rhythmSomething you can keep up while working and raising kids.
- Week four — your email funnelSo the people who find you don’t disappear.
- Week five — putting it togetherAll of it connected, tested, and live.
- Week six — you launchAnd I’m in the room while you do it.
That’s The Confident Launch. Six weeks, live, and I build it with you rather than handing you another course to file away. You build it in the room. You don’t go away and try alone.
