Pick what you’ll sell, then get set up, on your own time
A self-paced kit for moms with full-time jobs who have been thinking about this for two years and still haven’t picked the thing they’ll sell.
It’s the first part of my program, The Confident Launch, done at your own pace. You pick your offer first, then set up your domain, email and website in the right order.

The first part of The Confident Launch
The Confident Launch is my six-week program. The Foundations Kit is the beginning of it, so you can start now, on your own time.
Get ideas with the free Blueprint
Haven’t tried it yet? It’s a good warm-up before the kit, and it’s free to use any time.
Tell the Blueprint a little about yourself and what you’re good at, and it gives you a personalized list of digital product ideas you could sell. Bring your favorite one into Part 1.Try the Blueprint free →
Pick your offer and get set up ← you are here
The Foundations Kit. You choose your one offer and write it down, then set up the accounts everything else is built on.
Build the rest, if you want to keep going
The Confident Launch, live with me. A simple website, emails that go out on their own, and a plan for social media. What you paid for the kit comes off the price.
“I don’t know what I’d even sell.”
I hear this more than anything else, and moms say it like it’s a flaw. As if everyone else got handed a business idea and they missed that day.
Nobody gets handed one. Most of us wait for the idea to show up fully formed and feeling safe, and it never does. So we go and research it a bit more instead, which feels like progress and moves nothing.
Here’s the part worth knowing. If you’ve read enough about this to teach a class on it and still can’t choose, you don’t have a knowledge problem. You have five decent options and no way to pick between them, and more reading only adds options.
You find your offer by taking what you already know and working through four simple questions. That takes about ninety minutes, and it’s the first thing you do in the kit.
Four steps, and you write something down after each one
Your list
Write down five things people already ask you for help with. Your business idea is usually hiding in that list.
Your person
Picture one person you’d love to help and what she’s stuck on. A real person is much easier to sell to than “women who want more freedom.”
Your sentence
Put your offer in one line: I help this person get this result, in this amount of time.
Your price
Choose what you’ll charge and know why you chose it, so you can say it out loud without wincing.
You finish Part 1 with one sentence that says what you sell, who it’s for, and what it costs.
The accounts everything is built on, in the right order
Once you know what you’re selling, you set up the pieces it lives on. I walk you through each one on the tools I use myself.
Your domain
Your own web address, chosen and bought, so people can find you.
Professional email
An email address at your own domain, so you look like a business from the first message.
Your WordPress website
Hosting and WordPress installed and ready for the pages you’ll build next.
Kit
Your email marketing account, connected and ready to start collecting subscribers.

I review your offer myself
When you finish Part 1, send me your sentence and your price. I read it and ask the same two questions I’d ask live: who exactly is this for, and what changes for her afterwards?
Then I write back with what I’d change. Most people can see the difference right away.
This is only for the founding buyers, which is why the kit is limited to 20 at this price.
“Thank you!! It was filled with so much info this will be great for me to review. You are exactly what people need in this sales/influencer universe.”
Barbie C., realtor · September workshopThree things to have ready
None of them need to be polished.
Something to write on
Paper works better than a screen for this. Scribbling is fine.
A few things people ask you for help with
From work, friends, family, anywhere. Five is plenty.
The half-idea you’ve been carrying around
However messy, and however many times you’ve put it down. Messy is what we work with.
Waiting feels safe. Here’s what it costs.
The idea stays in your head
Nobody can buy something that only exists in your notes app. Another month of thinking about it is another month of earning nothing from it.
Every next step stays on hold
The website, the emails, the social posts all depend on knowing what you sell. Until you pick, none of them can start.
The job keeps taking your time
If you want more time at home with your kids, that starts with a decision you can make in one afternoon.
Get the kit if this sounds familiar
Get it if
- You want to start an online business and can’t name the thing you’d sell.
- You’ve researched this for months and you’re no closer to choosing.
- You’d rather work through it on your own time than show up live.
- You’ve started a few things and haven’t finished any of them.
- You don’t know which accounts to set up first, or which tools to use.
Probably skip it if
- You already have an offer that’s selling well and a website it lives on.
- You want someone to build it all for you.
- You’re looking for a get-rich-quick shortcut. This takes real work, done in the right order.
Hi, I’m Victoria
I’m a mom, and I built my business so I could earn from home and be there for my kids. Now I help moms with full-time jobs do the same, without hustle and without 5am alarms.
I did it the slow way, and mostly because I kept researching instead of deciding. I built a website before I knew what I was selling, posted content that didn’t lead anywhere, and grew an email list I had nothing to send to. It took me about five years to put the pieces together.
What I was missing was the order to do things in. That’s what I teach now, and picking your offer comes first.
So that’s where the kit starts.
Pick your offer and get set up, this month
Self-paced, with lessons opening Friday, October 9. Founding price for the first 20, and every dollar comes off The Confident Launch if you join later.
