Three things, and none of them need to be polished.
- ✓Something to write onPaper beats a screen here — I’d rather you were scribbling than typing neatly.
- ✓A list of things people ask you for help withWork, friends, family, anything. Five is plenty. This is the raw material we’ll use.
- ✓The half-idea you’ve been carrying aroundHowever messy, however many times you’ve put it down. Messy is exactly what we work with.
